At Saba Home Health, we specialize in Personal Assistance Services (PAS) for individuals who need help with daily activities to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Serving Port Neches and the Golden Triangle, we work closely with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, social workers, and community organizations to ensure clients have access to compassionate, reliable in-home care after discharge or when additional daily support is needed.
What We Provide
Our PAS services are designed to support clients who may not need skilled nursing, but do need help with daily living. Services include:
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders (non-clinical)
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Escort to medical appointments or community activities
- Companionship and safety monitoring

Community Partners
Sadly, in some circumstances, seniors and adults with disabilities don’t have anyone close to them. Often, these people rely on community outreach organizations to connect them with the appropriate care. We are happy to work with these organizations to make sure everyone has access to the care they deserve.
Care Facilities
Even though it’s our goal to keep seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes, we know that is not always possible. In those cases, we are proud to be able to bring our caregivers into full-time care facilities to supplement their outstanding care with our own.
We extend your care into the home—keeping your clients safe, comfortable, and independent.
Our intake team will verify eligibility (including Medicaid, private pay, and waiver program coverage), coordinate with the client and family, and match them with the right caregiver.
